Want to experience being in the world's biggest hub of innovation? Our San Francisco office is opening its doors to both international and local entrepreneurs. We're offering entrepreneurs the chance to integrate into the tech community of Silicon Valley using our network of investors and top entrepreneurs.

Our offices are located at Pier 38, where a community of more than 100 entrepreneurs and investors has taken over.  With the ambience of a galleon ship, Pier 38 is located in the heart of San Francisco.  

Who should apply?

The Open Office program is a flexible opportunity for professionals of all career stages, backgrounds and nationalities to experience living and working in San Francisco for the first time. You can come on a tourist visa and there is no need to incorporate locally.

What is included in the cost?

The price of one workstation, for one person, is $500 per month.  This price includes a desk, chair, internet access and other vital office services (e.g. printing, meeting rooms). Also included are all events and mixers held at the incubator. Accommodation, flight, meals, personal expenses and attendance to paid events are not included in the cost.

What is the application deadline?

If possible, please apply at least 2 weeks before the start of each month. We have space for a maximum of 10 entrepreneurs.

Prepare for your trip! 

Please make sure to go over this checklist before you sign up for the trip: 

1. Go over your business plan and your company presentation. Update it with the latest and most relevant information.
2. Prepare a killer 90 second elevator pitch. You'll repeat it hundreds of times while you're in San Francisco.
3. Bring hundreds of business cards and your laptop.
4. Book your flights and make sure you make all the visa arrangements (most visitors will be able to access the US for a period of 3 months on a tourist visa, but please confirm this is also valid with your local US consulate).
